Are you install Exchange 2010 in the same server with Exchange 2003? If yes, this will mess up the configuration of the OWA virtual directories. Does the url https://mail.domain.com/exchange and https://mail.domain.com/owa point to same server? Please go to exchange 2003 server which hosting the Exchange virtual directory, then do the following test: Open IE, type https://localhost/exchange, Can you log into the mailbox without problem? Thanks

Good afternoon... Are all users having the problem on the second CAS or just some? If just some, are these accounts Admin accounts? Have a look at the following KB article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/949527 Is inheritence blocked for these accounts?Lance Wilson Sr. Lead Consultant Catapult Systems Inc.

1. When you click options, it actually takes you to the Exchange Control Panel. Please verify that the ECP settings on the server are exactly the same as the OWA settings. This includes the both URLs and authentication type when you changed the authentication types from within the EMC and did an IISRESET the Invalid Service Address error will be fixed. if not try the 2nd option. ----------------------------- 2. Run This Command --- Remove-EcpVirtualDirectory -Identity "Server01\ecp (default Web site)" Then Run this Command iisreset /noforce And Then this Command: New-EcpVirtualDirectory -Identity "Server01\ecp (default Web site)" And Finally: iisreset /noforce Hope this Helps.

Hello Magernisha, Thanks for sharing the solution for your first question. Due to the policy, one question in one thread, you may create a new thread for the ECP question. Thanks for your understanding. Thanks, Simon
