Hi,
What service pack and RU is your Exchange 2010 running? I thought this was fixed in one of the SP1 rollups. Can't remember which one at the moment.Sean Massey | Consultant, iUNITE

Hi joerabbi,
How did you share user's calendar? Outlook->Calendar folder->Calendar Properties->Permissions?
If yes, I test in my lab(Exchange 2010 SP1 RU6), and same result as yours: Microsoft Outlook does not recognize "name".

Hi Joerabbi,
I am pleased you resolved it. I am sure cached mode is not required in most cases, well done.
Kind Regards
