When we were on Exchange 2007 and if users reported Outlook slowness, one of the key points I would like at was RPC latency and also the disk counters (Average disk second/ read) etc. There were some useful counters here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb201689(v=exchg.80).aspx Now we are on Exchange 2010, I can't see to find a comparable document for various Perfmon counters. Does anyone know of one, or does the Exchange 2007 ones still apply?
