Dear all, We use Exchang 2010 with DAG (Server DAG01 and Server DAG02) When I search the item on owa. It always show the following information : The action couldn't be completed. Please try again. but I found the content index state is heathly for two DAG databases and I also restarted the search service. When I switch the database of DAG02 to active. I can search funtion is working. When I switch the database of DAG01 to active. The search funtion is not working. What happen for the database of DAG01? thank you john

Hi, Hard to know the reason without having seeing any logs. What I suggest you to do, is to update seed the content index catalog. Example: Update-MailboxDatabaseCopy -Identity Database\SERVERNAME -CatalogOnly See: Update-MailboxDatabaseCopy Martina Miskovic
