I am in the process of upgrading my Exchange organization from SP1 RU6 to SP2 RU4. As first step i have extended schema. I ran Setup.com /ps with Enteprise, Domain and Schema admin rights, which completed successfully and verified that the rangeUpper attribute of ms-Exch-Schema-Version-Pt object in Schema NC is changed to 14732. After this i ran Setup.com /pad. Command completed successfully; but when i verified objectVersion attribute of Organization container in Configuration NC is still 13214 and not 14247. Does any one face this issue before?. ThanksShanu

You ran setup.com /pad which prepares all domains but did you actually install SP2? There is no need to manually run all these setup switches, it will automatically run the switches during the install.
