I have installed exchanges 2010 SP3 on server. After that i have not installed any rollup, Neither rollup 1.

Can i directly install rollup 10  on Exchange 2010 SP3.

I believe you can. Just a note - if you have mailbox servers in DAG, you should put them in maintenance mode. But I guess you know that.

If servers are not in DAG, you should see this update in Windows update available updates.

Yes - RUs are cumulative for Exchange 2007 and 2010.

Exchange 2013 has CUs.
