Exchange 2010 Sending to Cyrillic Domains
Hi
All our Exchange 2010 servers are located in the UK. Some of our Russian colleagues need to be able to emails to cyrillic domains (.) but are currently unable to as they are emails are returned as Exchange 2010 does not see the
addresses as a valid domain.
All servers are running Exchange 2010 SP1 RU3 currently. Is this just a matter of outdated language packs on the servers or do I need to look at something else? There seems to be very little info on the web regarding this.
Thanks for your help

Hi,
User from Russian cannot send email to certain domain, is that true?
Certain domain name contains cyrillic domain?
Then please try to telnet cyrillic domian 25 to test the smtp communication.
Please try to use nslookup to verify if you can resolve those domain name.
Besides, please try to install language pack for Exchange 2010 and then check the issue again.
