Are you running this command from a command prompt? Do you have the Exchnge 2010 installation media? Hello Ry, You mentioned cmdlet, it seems you are using powershell to run adprep? if this is the case, then you will need to use the regular command.exe. Powershell will not recognized the adprep command. Go to start run, type cmd, enter, cd directory to the Exchange installation media location and run the adprep command [X:\Exchange2010\Setup /PrepareAD] where X is the location of your media Hope this helps.Isaac Oben MCITP:EA, MCSE
