Exchange 2010 UM migrate to Exchange 2013 UM

I configuration new  exchange 2013 UM and move to user mailbox to new exchange Server 2013 with UM is ok?

Voice message is on mailbox and no need to concern data loss and just need new UM setting is correct for new incoming Voice mail right?

Assuming everything is correctly configured, there is no data loss because the VMs are in the mailbox yes
