I'm assuming this is from a workstation where the mgmt tools are installed? Is there a firewall on your exchange servers? On the workstation can you telnet to your Exchange on port 443? 10.10.10.26:443
on workstation open cmd
telnet 10.10.10.26 443 [enter]James Chong MCITP | EA | EMA; MCSE | M+, S+ Security+, Project+, ITIL msexchangetips.blogspot.com
