Exchange 2010 and Delivery Receipts
Pre 2010 a user could email an exernal client and cc in two internal staff members, Request a Delivery Receipt and she would receive two Delivery Receipts, one for the external user and one which included delivery details for both internal staff members.
After upgrading to Excange 2010 the user gets three Delivery Receipts, one for the external user and a seperate one for each of the internal staff members.
We would like to get this back to receiving only two Delivery Receipts.
This is more of an annoyance but trying to work out if this is was introduced by moving to Exchange 2010.

Every User will Send one Read Reciept , If they wish to send one.
They cannot Send One Reciept with 2 Users.
Its by Design in Exchange 2010 , As well as in Exchange 2003
Nothing Could be done about that.

Thanks Satheshwaran. I am not reffering to Read Receipts, but rather Delivery Receipts.

Hi, I test it in my lab and get only two Delivery Receipts mails, one for external recipients and one for all internal recipients. My Exchange is 2010 with SP2.
You can upgrade your Exchange to the latest version (SP2 with RU2) and then try again.
