Exchange 2010 free/busy issue
Hi we are not able to see a free/busy information of one particular user who's mailbox is in 2010 server from outlook 2007. we can see his free/busy from OWA, outlook 2003 . He can see ours free/busy even from outlook 2007. we are in co-exsistence with 2003 and 2010. we tried to move his mailbox to different server but no luck. we tried Get-LogonStatistics but its not showing any result. but we can configure his outlook profile in my machine but issue still persist. I sent a test meeting and its showing in free/busy but old meetings are not showing. Any one pls help ? Regards Mager

Outlook uses the availability service to obtain free-busy data. Are there any error or warning messages related to the Availability Service in the Application event log on the CAS?Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

Hello, Check the Autodiscover and Availability service by following the stops below on the Outlook 2007 client: a. While Outlook is running, click the CTRL key and then right-click the Outlook icon in the system tray and then select Test Email Autoconfiguration. b. Confirm that your email address is in the address field, uncheck Use Guessmart and secure Guessmart authentication boxes. Then click the Test button. c. Once it runs, please check the Log tab and Results tab. Thanks, Simon
