Hi Pearl, Which account your use? Please make sure you have the right Exchange permission. e.g: Organization Management Role group(The account you used to install first Exchange 2010 server). If possible, please also create a test Exchange admin account to open EMC. I am using domain admin account to log in, I also created new testdomain admin account and try it but same error, I even uninstall exchange 2010 and Installed it on new machine with diffrant machine name and same error.

This probably doesn't help at all but I was getting the same error for the longest time. The way I fixed it made no sense to me at all. What I did was keep reinstalling it. on about the 4th or 5th try it eventually worked. Would you by chance doing some sort of custom install and not installing all the right components? If you get the option just install everything.

Hi Pearl, Domain admin is to manage AD, the account cannot manage Exchange by default. Please check whether your account is a member of Organization Management group(ADUC->domain.com->Microsoft Exchange Security Groups). By the way, can you open EMS? Hi Mukesh follow below steps It may help you : 1. Uninstall it and Install it again. 2. Run "WinRM Quickconfig". 3.Server Manager -> Features -> Selected WinRM IIS Extension (found this ticked off i.e not installed) 4.The remote server actually uses port 80 to get connected. Probably you can check if any other software's installed on this server which uses that.
