Exchange 2010 in multiple child domain
Hi,
I have single forest and multiple child domain (child1 and child2). Currently, all exchange servers are in child1 domain. Is it possible to install new set of exchange servers in child2 domain without using GAL segmentation (part of the feature
in exchange 2010 SP2)? And yet they don't see each other in the GAL.

No. The Exchange org spans the entire AD forest. You will need to use GAL segmentation if you want address book isolation.

Is it possible to hide all exchange server/Recipient/Mailbox from child1 and child2 via Exchange Management Console (EMC)? Exchange servers in child1 domain don't share same EMC with Child2. Thus, it shows all exchange servers (be it in
child1 or child2) when I perform get-exchangeserver.Kelvin Teang
