Exchange 2010 management console does not show all the distribution groups that i can see using Exchange 2007 management console - under recipient configuration\distribution group

when using an exchange 2010 management console to view distribution groups only some of the distribution groups appear. There are no filters applied - where have they gone. Powershell can see all the groups without a problem, the manegement console just does not show them all??? puzzled MikeD

Since you can see the distribution groups in EMS and EMC on Exchange 2007, I suggest you install Exchange Management console on one client, then check whether you can see the distribution group or not. Thanks, Evan
