Exchange 2010 multi domain certificates
I have almost completed a new installation of Exchange 2010, and I am going through and cleaning up any bugs that I find. Currently my domain name is Contoso.corp but my external web is Contoso.com. I have gone out and purchased a wild card certificate from GoDaddy so that I can support activesync and OWA (mail.contoso.com and autodiscover.contoso.com). I was able to successfully install the certificate, and all of my external connections are working just fine now. But I have a problem with all of my internal Outlook 2010 clients giving an error stating that the certificate name does not match the server name. Do I just need to go out and purchase a second certificate for Contoso.corp and assign to the server? Will that solve the problem, or just generate more errors? Is it possible to use the wildcard certificate to do all of that?

you can configure all of the internal URLs to match the external URLs. Note, you will need split DNS for this to work.
