Yes. Were you describing what happens now, or what you want to happen
when you said "External mails server sends message and authenticates
to the 2010 server..."?

Hi All,
I have a scenario where I need to create a relay limited to a domain user account.
External mails server sends message and authenticates to the 2010 server with the selected domain user account, the message is then relayed onto final destination.
I can't simply create a receive connector and allow relay from the remote mail server because the vendor cannot guarantee its IP address will remain consistent (strange circumstance).
So I simply need the relay to be allowed for my selected domain user.
Is this possible?
Many thanks in advance
