Exchange 2010 remove one out of 3 servers
MOve any mailboxes or public folders from the server to another server.
Remove it from any connectors ( Setup will catch these issues if dont)
Otherwise, its pretty straight forward.

Hi
Some properties is stored in AD database not in local server.
So you have to remove public folders.
Then you can remove it by uninstall program.

Hi, I am brand new to the Exchange 2010 environment and am trying to come up to speed very fast and I have a question. I have 3 Exchange servers right now and all are Hub Transports, Client Access and Mailbox roles. Our Exchange environment is not SP1. I
want to remove one of the servers from the system. I know this server was just installed for testing various things and there is no production information on it. It does not participate in any DAG groups for example or have any production mailboxes.
Is removing it from the Exchange organization cleanly as simple as doing an uninstall of the Exchange program on the server or is there something more?
Thanks for any help.
