Exchange 2010 strange forwarding
I have such a problem:
There are 2 mail addresses in exchange (name1@domain.com & name2@domain.com). The first address was forwarded to the second. After we deleted a user account in AD, connected with name1@domain.com. A few month later we created a new user account with
the same address name1@domain.com. And strangely it is forwarding to name2@domain.com, although we didn't set any forwarding options now. Where can be the problem? User profiles are new, using Get-TransportRule returns an empty string. Any ideas?

Check Forwarding is set on Mailbox level

Check is there any Outlook rule To forward Mails

Check is there any Transport Rule
Neglect if already Checked--
----
Also make Sure DC replication is fine
repadmin /syncall /Aepdq
The above 3 can be the only criteria Exchange to forward emails to other mailbox .
