I have Exchange server 2010 running under Hyper-V. The issue that I am running into is when I open the MMC and connect to the Microsoft Exchange on premises server I get and initialization error when I try to connect to the MS exchange Server. Thanks

Hi, Firstly please check the connection between Exchange Server and AD if they are on different box. Secondly, remove web.config file from C:\windows\system32\inetsrv\config and restart IIS, which created new web.config file and try again. Thanks.Best Regards!
