Hi,
Did you check that there actually is a public folder on the server? You can check it in the GUI as well.
If you know for sure that there is public folders on the server, then you need to make sure that you have permissions to them. A good place to start is also connecting to the server with exfolders which you can download here:

Remember to read the readme.txt for instructions on where to place the files.

You are not suppose to delete DiscoverySearchMailbox If you delete it than you will have to recreate it by running the below command
Setup.com /Preparead

To create a new discovery mailbox it is not needed to prepare AD again.
This command will do it for you: New-Mailbox SearchResults -Discovery -UserPrincipalName
SearchResults@contoso.com
That being said public folders should work even it that account has been deleted.

Hi,
Did you run this cmdlet on local server ? The user who run this command has no permission to access public folder.
make sure the account has an enable mailbox on the server. Try:(Disable the mailbox for this account and reconnect it via EMC)
if the user has mailbox enabled on post.tc.tcentre.ru, try to run this command
get-publicfolder
-id "\" -recursePlease remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.
