Exchange 2013, the user cannot send and receive emails, if his mailbox is created in the mailbox database new created

At the beginning of my testing, I had 3 machines, one AD, one Mailbox server(MBXA), and one CAS server(CAS01). All users' mailbox were created on MBXA, and they can work fine. Sending and Receiving emails can work fine

Now, I need to install another Mailbox Role (MBXB) on the machine 4 and another CAS server(CAS02) on machine 5. And all the Mailbox servers and CAS servers are all in same AD.

All the machines can be listed on EAC-Servers, and all the mailbox databases can be listed on EAC-Servers-Databases.

my problem:

if I create mailbox on the database installed on MBXB, the user can log on it by Outlook, but cannot send or receive emails.

The users can work fine if his mailbox is created on MBXA.

what I have done:

export certification from CAS01 and import into the CAS02.

for the MBXA and MBXB, no operation after installation

all the services on them have been started up

What is missed by me?

Is MBXB in the same site as MBXA?

I think Yes, they are in same site, in same domain, no customized setting during installation process

And it is strange, If I restart the server MBXB and CAS02, the same problem can be met, and the mails can not be sent and received, But if wait about 1 day, then all mailboxes can work fine, both on MBXA and B

why?

What works and what doesn't?

Internal emails ok? mail from user on server A to user on server B?

External emails? Mail from ser B to internet.

Receiving?

Hi,

Please check the application log. I suspect some Exchange related services may stop working at that time.

Thanks,
