Exchange 2013 - Client Access Server - ASP .NET 2.0.50727.0 - Event 1310

I am getting this warning constantly on my CAS server.  I have two E2K13UR1 servers, a CAS and  Mailbox/HT server.  The error says that 'Unrecognized attribute 'maxUrlLength' is the issue.

From the description, this is the iis issue.

Besides, I recommend you use server health and performance to check your exchange server.

thank you for your reply.  For anyone else that happened on this page, my solution was not the above but rather to uninstall MS Exchange and IIS and then after the uninstall go through any references to Exchange (application.config, IIS applications), then reinstall.  It was definitely an Exchange issue where a new setup of Exchange piggy backs on existing configuration data (this was an existing Exchange server that I uninstalled).
