Exchange 2013 - Full Mailbox Access

What types of groups are supported to allow Full Mailbox access to a resource mailbox.

Does the group need to be Security Enabled. Does the Group need to be Mail Enabled?

Looks like the group needs to be mail enabled to be visible in the Exchange Admin Center to provide full mailbox access.
