I have a user getting the max number of MAPI sessions. I tried using EXmon on Exchange 2013, but it does not appear to pull any information. Does anyone know a way to pull the MAPI sessions by connecting IP for a user?
Thanks

I understand that.... However I had a few users hitting the maximum 32 Mapi sessions. I would still like to see if there is a way to find out what is using all 32 connections without changing throttling for those users. I would like to understand the source of the mapi connection.
Its typically Outlook Add-ins or caching shared mailboxes.I understand that.... However I had a few users hitting the maximum 32 Mapi sessions.
