I can connect and synch all folders  from exchange 2013 to phone , however, i can not send email out from the phone.  i am using the default active synch policy.  any help is greatly appreciated! The phone is up to date on firmware(droid razr hd) and was fine with exchange 2007.  Now with 2013 the phone can synch all folders and receive all incoming email however it can not send email. I get a connection failed.  MS remote conn. analyzer passes. any help is greatly appreciated.

one error i have been experiencing is self signed cert and port 444.. When i create the cert and then restart i get a blank page after ecp login  and apply the following fix http://sumoomicrosoft.blogspot.se/2012/11/exchange-2013-emc-blank-page.html

somehow i feel the active synch send issue and the cert issue are related.. any thoughts please
