I'm having a terrible time of getting this set up.  We need to publish our Exchange services through a Citrix Netscaler, and of course their configuration document only says "configure Exchange for SSL Offloading"

I've tried following this post (and the links in there):

And I just can't get this working, it constantly redirects to HTTPS.

Does anyone have documentation for configuring SSL Offloading on CU 7 that actually works as expected (and not by using a path all the way to the logon.aspx page)?

As far as I know, the issue still persists on Exchange 2013 SP1 CU6. Id like to ask whether the issue still happens when entering the http://localhost/owa on the local CAS?

I probably should have been more explicit in my original post, included in the link I posted was a link to:

And of course the second link you listed there is just a rehash of the first without any new information.

And we are following the latest netscaler guide, hence we need to get SSL Offloading working.

I re-went through the process, as outlined in the second link you listed, in the off chance that I missed something.

Still when I go to http://serverFQDN/OWA I am immediately re-directed to SSL.

This seems to be a common issue from what I've found, I just haven't found any resolutions listed.
