long story but I had exchange server working on a server 2012 DC and it broke.
after weeks of trying to remove and reinstall I gave up and have purchased another server.
I installed server 2012 on this new server and then installed Exchange 2013 within Server 2012 on new server so it's no longer on a DC.
Installed ok and I can log into OWA and ECP but only using the administrator account which I guess is normal.
My problem is logging into ECP, it's missing 90% of the options, I can't add new users or anything within ECP.
If I create a new AD user and give them access to the various exchange security groups it still refuses to grant access to this new user.
It seems to be ignoring the settings in the AD
I'm pulling my hair out, if someone could please help I would really appreciate it.
