Hi Team,

Just completed the migration of around 2000 mailboxes from Ex 2010 sp3 to Ex 2013 with CU7, mail flow is ok but facing couple of annoying issues:

Password Prompt for  outlook 2013,2010 & 2007

Calendar not working for some users, unable to check the boxes in calendar window to select/deselect shared calendar, and OOF

Scenario:

four mailbox servers (OS win2k 2012 R2) all vms

two CAS servers running with WNLB (OS win2k 2012 R2)

single ad site but servers are over extended lan on two geographically disperssed sites

two mailbox and one CAS on each site, total six servers in number

users are thin clients, laptops, and pcs

some users have no issue at all

owa working ok,

any help is highly is highly appreciated.

thanks

Regards

Hi,

Firstly, I suggest we bypass the NLB and check whether the issue persists. To bypass the NLB name, you can log on a problematic client, set the following record in the host file:

(NLB name)   (IP of one real CAS)
