We have a system with one dial plan and 2 PBX's. There are 3 gateways, 2 for PBX A and 1 for PBX B. The 2 gateway system is set for allowing outbound calls. The single is not allowed.

When a caller dials the AA number:

1)  The call is sent thru PBX B to the single gateway.

2)  They AA answers properly and the caller says a users name.

3)  The AA then tries to transfer the call.

Would this call be sent to one of the gateways that allow the outbound calls or back through the single gateway it came from?

What should be seen in a wireshark trace?  a Refer or?
