there is a server with Exchange 2013 CU2 installed. i logon on this server via RDP session with domain administrator credentials. this domain admin account is also a member of "Enterprise Management" group. right after installation ECP was accessible via browser without any trouble but OWA wasn't working at all. i've started to turn on and off various authentication options via IIS Manager and as a result none of the Exchange 2013 Web Apps are working properly.
Exchange Powershell won't connect with an error "Access is denied". OWA and ECP showing login page but won't go further. If credentials are right then those apps just reload login page without any errors. If credentials are wrong, login page show standard error message about incorrect user or password.
IIS Server Authentication currently set to Anonymous with IUSR as user identity. Default Website Authentication is set to Anonymous with IUSR as user identity. EPC Virtual App Authentication is set to Anonymous (with IUSR) and Basic (with no default domain or realm). OWA Virtual App Authentication is set to Windows with Extended Protection set to Required and Kernel-mode is turned off. Powershell Virtual App Authentication is set to nothing right now.
What authentication on what level shoud i turn on to set this right?
