Exchange 2013 installation doesn't create default web site virtual directories, ecp not accessible

Hi to all, I've a very strange problem with my fresh installation of exchange 2013 sp1. After some strange problems due to a dirty AD that contained an old 2010 installation,  I've cleaned it with adsiedit and been able to install my exchange 2013. All installation gone fine, the structure is

2 DC 2008 R2

1 2012 R2 member server with Ex2013 on it

I restarted the machine and checked if services are ok: all started correctly.

The problem is this...I'm unable to open ECP console\webpage...page not found...also OWA..same issue...so I've checked the IIS configuration...i find that..Default Web Site is quite CLEAN! no ews, no owa, no ecp dir...instead of Exchange Backend site is pupulated with right vdir...why happened this?

How can I recreate them? I'm trying to update with CU 8 and it's installing fine...but if at the end I still not able to access my console...I don't know what in can do of different...

Thank you for suggestions...

I would try running these commands to remove then recreate the virtaul directories with the default settings:

Remove-EcpVirtualDirectory -Identity Servername\ecp (Default Web Site)

New-EcpVirtualDirectory -InternalUrl https://ServerFQDN/ecp -WebSiteName Default Web Site

Remove-OwaVirtualDirectory -Identity Servername\owa (Default Web Site)

New-OwaVirtualDirectory -InternalUrl https://ServerFQDN/owa -WebSiteName Default Web Site

I've had to reinstall the whole Client Access role. So it rebuild Vdirs...now i can see ECP ad OWA logins but when i try to access i receive a "oops something went wrong" message and cannot login.

Something in certificates of site? or bindings? I've tried to delete Canary Data with this doc...not worked for me....

is there a way to restore default bindings or control the auth method of the exchange sites?

found the answer...maybe an aged install of a different version o exchange has left a defective administrator mailbox..so can't login.

launched a get-mailbox command see a "corrupted administrator mailbox" so created a second admin and logged succesfully in ECP.

Thank you for the help!
