Seems like installation path is pointing to D: drive?

Do you have enough space there and what is memory setup for Exchange server?

My exchange is installed on D drive, still have 1TB free spare, 32 core cCPU, 48GB Ram. Should not caused by hardware, it was a working exchange server, there were two more errors during update to CU6 but were solved, this is the third error encountered. Tried google many website but can't find any possible solution. Installation are using domain administrator account, exchange trust sub system already under local administrator group. The error seem like on IIS,, remove IIS and reinstall may help but this will remove the owa, ecp, self signed ssl certificate. Any advise ?

Also noticed your computer has .com domain?

Do you have internal DNS zone for .com?

Why are you only updating to CU6? That isn't even supported any longer. To remain supported you need to be on CU8 or CU9. I would start again with CU9.

Reboot the server so that it is confirmed to be connecting to the domain controller correctly, then try the installation again. You will probably need to complete CU6 and then upgrade again as the server is probably now stuck in a half complete update install.

Yes, we do have two .com domain and both have corresponding zone under internal DNS.

I knew CU6 is no longer supported, but we do have another Exchange server (different domain)on CU6 and we found CU6 is stable in our environment hence we do not want to go for CU9 at the moment. Before I post here already tried installing CU9 in another test a VM but still the same error happened. I am installing under Hyper V VM, both DC& Exchange are communicate using internal network.
