Hi,
I have translated your post via Translation Tool and know that you have installed a new Exchange 2013, however Outlook prompt password.
If it is the case, please follow me to check these points:
1. Can you logon OWA with the same correct credential?
2. Does this issue occur internally, externally or both? Since Exchange 2013 uses Outlook Anywhere both internally and externally, please enable it.
3. If you can logon OWA, please try to verify the Outlook Anywhere setting on Outlook client. Detailed steps as below:
Control Panel -> Mail -> Show profiles -> select the profile -> More settings -> Connection -> Outlook Anywhere -> check "Connect to Microsoft Exchange using HTTP" -> Exchange Proxy Settings -> input proxy server URL -> select "NTLM Authentication" -> OK
4. If still doesn't work, please try to delete the previous profile and delete the caches on local PC, re-create profile, then repeat step 3.
Thanks
