Upgrading existing 2K Exchange Org. One mailbox server, one OWA in the dmz. MS states that OWA server needs to be upgraded first. It resides on a win2K server on a ESX VM. Has anyone had issues upgrading server? Does it affect the existing certificate for SSL? Also the ADC needs to be upgraded to 2K3 - but client is not using ADC, does this still need to be done? Thanks!

If the ADC is not in use, just removing it is fine. The inplace upgrade route is OK and generally works, but when i've done this in the past I've always built a new 2003 OWA server and did a replacement. I'm just not a big fan of inplace upgrades.
