Hi everyone, I have one query we have setup mail journaling on our exchange 5.5 Internet Mail Servers, we have enabled that journaling by doing some registry settings given in microsoft article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/239427 Now we have to disable that mail journaling, but i am not getting any help by doing the extensive research. I did not find any document related to disabling mail journaling. Please help. Thank u Zafrul Khan Exchange Admin

Hi Zafrul, I am fortunate that I never had to do mail journaling with Exchange 5.5, so I never had to reverse it either. However, it seems to be logical that just deleting the Registry values mentioned in the KB article and then restarting the Information Store, MTA, and IMS should stop the journaling. Is that not the case? Jim
