I would like to check is Outlook Contact Groups supported by Exchange ActiveSync for sync to iOS device now?

Hi Kevin-C,

Not yet. Contact Groups are not supported in Exchange ActiveSync (EAS).  Hence it will be not there for iOS as well.

Alternately you would have to create the groups as Exchange distribution groups to be able to use them on an iOS device.
