Been having problems with Exchange 2013 but the console ALWAYS worked fine. All I did was restart some services, rebooted and now I can't log in to the console. I put in my username and password and screen goes white and nothing happens. Nothing much I can see in the event logs.

I understand you can't log into the EAC page.

Please confirm if other accounts can log into EAC.

Are your exchange working fine?

Are you seeing any related errors in the event viewer of the Exchange server?

Please post the detailed error event information here for further analysis.

You can try to recreate OWA and ECP directories to test.
