Exchange Admin Emails arrive in Wrong Language
Hi All, Some of our users are getting their mailbox full mails in what looks like chinese, some in french, some in english. We run exchange 2003 and 2007 and our clients are either outlook 2003 or 2007. Anyone got the faintest idea why? The language settings on the clients SEEm to be correct. Mike

Hi, 1. Does this issue occur to all the users in your Exchange Organization? 2. Please try to access mailbox use OWA to see whether all the emails are normal. 3. Please check region and Language Option from Control Panel. Change the default language setting http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HP030884621033.aspx Read and send messages in other languages with Outlook http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA010549341033.aspx If emails in OWA are normal, then please try to MFCMAPI tool to check whether email is normal there. 1. Download MFCMAPI (Plus manual) http://www.microsoft.com/Downloads/details.aspx?familyid=55FDFFD7-1878-4637-9808-1E21ABB3AE37&displaylang=en 2. Run MFCMAPI on a client workstation which has a affected user's profile. 3. Double-click user's mailbox. 4. Double click on email and check the issue. Besides, please check whether any third party add-ins has been installed with Outlook. Please disable antivirus application and then check the issue. Hope it helps. Xiu
