We have a website server that sends confirmation or auto reply to participants that registered their email address on the system. What are the procedures on how we can configure this to our exchange?

Hi Jake,

If you have for example info@example.com, you can open ECP,  there is a arrow next to user name on right top corner, click  "another user" and enter this e-mail address. The new window pops-up , on right side you can see "Set up an automatic reply message"

1. configure your SMTP server name at the website

2. modify the receive connector configuration as per the below link (refer Allowing Internal SMTP Relay via the Frontend Transport Service part)
