Exchange Calendar Views on other Calendar
I have a need to be able to view multiple calendars from a single 'top level' calendar - to be able to look at a number of calendars much like when one schedules a meeting, in otherwords it places a view over the participating calendars ... I dont want it to write to a central calendar, just view over them all.Is this possible - I know that Scheulding a meeting does it!Thanks

You can get them to delegate your reviewer access to the calendar. This will give you read access only.

Will this give the 'top level' - say called 'Company View' a read only view across the users from the single Calendar view - rather than a series of calendars across the Screen??

So, you want to look at other users’ calendar items like in the “Scheduling Assistant” window?
Michael’s suggestion will let you to look other persons’ items, a series of calendars across the screen as you said
That’s also the method I can think of. As I know, there’s no way to accomplish this task with the built-in features in the outlook
Maybe there’s some programming way, or third-party software to do this, you can ask in the relevant outlook newsgroup for thatJames Luo TechNet Subscriber Support (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/ms788697.aspx) If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com
