The clients outlook 2003blacklist doesn't empty. I have been restarting the exchange server every monday at 0735am to make some clients outlook blacklist to empty. It will empty some blacklist at around 0900am. Is there something in the exchange server that I can tweak or look at to find out why these clients blacklist don't empty? Why or should I be restarting the server to get the blacklist in the clients outlook to empty?
