I have exchange 2003 installed on server 2003, i have the pop3 and smtp setup, the mailboxes work, I can send emails from one mailbox to another within the domain, however I cant recieve emails from other domains, and I can't properly setup OWA with forms based authentiction, in addition to not being able to access OWA outside my network. I need some point in the right direction.

First of all, please check if you have set the MX record to point to your Exchange server on the ISP DNS correctly.
