Exchange DAG
We have two servers in Exchage 2010 DAG environment. I have noticed that there are some databases with different size on the servers. For example:
Database test on Server A : 10GB
Database test on Server B : 12GB
Is this normal?
Thanks

It's not normal from my experience, but I wouldn't call it alarming either. See if white space, unused space in the database, explains the file size difference:

Thanks Ed..
It's showing the same AvailableNewMailboxspace on both the servers.
Just notice one thing.. Catalogdata folder are different sizes.
Server A:
Database size : 436 GB
AvailableNewMailSpace: 140.8 GB
CatalogData: 18.1 GB
Server B:
Database size : 436 GB
AvailableNewMailSpace: 140.8 GB
CatalogData: 48.7 GB

Catalog data is in a separate folder and is not part of the database.
Sorry, I don't have an explanation for the differences.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

Hi,
From your description, your database size is same and catalogdata size is different. So it is normal.
