Exchange Database Mounting Problem...
Hello all, I recently had a server crash and have everything back up and running and restored besides the Exchange. I cannot get this to work for anything. I have all of the users added with all full control. When I am in the Exchange System Manager I get to the "First Administrative Group" then go to Servers and then First Storage Group. In there I have my Mailbox Store and my Public Folder Store, neither one will let me mount them. They keep saying that I have to restart the IS or System Managerservice, which I have done multiple times. I still get nothing!! Could somebody please help me out with this?? Thanks in advance, Chris

Download and run the Exchange Troubleshooting Assistant (available at http://www.microsoft.com/exchange/analyzers). One of the items it helps with is issues with mounting databases. If that doesn't work, you'll need to provide more info such as errors in the Application log and the specific error that is mentioned when you try and mount the database. Also, what kind of restore did you do - regular online restore, or offline?
