Exchange Disk Space
Hello all, at what % free of disk space will exchange start dismounting database? For example, if you only had 3% free disk space at what percentage will exchange allow it to go down to before it starts dismounting, 1%?

What verson of Exchange? I think the answer is when it fails to create or extend a file. Exchange 2007 and forward has something called "backpressure", where mail will stop flowing through the hub transport role when its disk space gets below a certain value that's configurable in a file named EdgeTransport.exe.config. -- Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems." .
