Our company is using Exchange 2003 and we have a distribution group that includes internal users and external contacts. When the external contacts want to Reply to All, they do not see the individual e-mail addresses or even individual names, all they can reply to is <group alias>@<company.com>. We want the external contacts to see each individual e-mail address in case they want to take a few people off their replies or something like that. I noticed that when testing this with a distribution list created in Outlook, this behaves the way we want it to, but with the distribution group in Active Directory, we are getting the result with no individual e-mail addresses. We want to keep the group in AD so it can be available to everyone and updated in only one place when needed. Any way to accomplish this?
