Hi himayath, In order to better troubleshoot your issue, I want to clarify the following information with you: 1. I have exchange edge transport server and front end server on the same server. what is the mean of front end server? 2. Does the mail flow between Hub transport server and Edge transport work? 3. Post the complete event log information about credential service and antispam are stopping for every 1 month into the forum. 4. Run the following command on Hub transport server, and check whether the Edgesync is work. Please let me know the result. Test- Edgesynchronization 5. Which version is your Edge transport server? Did you install the latest update rollup 7 for Exchange server 2007 SP1? 6. On Edge transport server, open Event Viewer, navigate to application and right click it, save it as .evt file and send it to v-rocwan@microsoft.com. Based on my research, the short form of service Microsoft Exchange Credential Service is EdgeCredentialSvc. It runs at Local System account. It is used to monitors credential changes in ADAM and installs the changes on the Edge Transport server. It depends on Microsoft Exchange ADAM service. You can check the following settings: 1. Open services.msc, double click EdgeCredentialSvc service, click log on tab, check whether the EdgeCredentialSvc runs at Local System account, if not, correct it; 2. Click recovery tab, make sure you select restart the service after First failure, Second failure, Subsequent failures. 3. Make sure Microsoft Exchange ADAM service is running.
