Exchange Email on cell phones
Our company used Nextel which is now Sprint. Exchange email does not work on the Sprint phones.
ERROR:
Cannot Get Mail
The connection to the server failed.
I use AT&T with iPhone and it will connect for a few seconds, download email, and then display the same ERROR above. Most ov the time it will not connect at all.

Hi,
Go to the exchange connectivity test site
https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/ and run the test for activesync against that mailbox and see if that gives any clues

Can you re-run the test but don't choose autodiscover, manually specify the server so we're not seeing all the autodiscover fluff.James Chong MCITP | EA | EMA; MCSE | M+, S+ Security+, Project+, ITIL msexchangetips.blogspot.com
