Exchange Event 9320
Im getting these in my event logs. Would really like to clear up these messages. Im not sure how to enable medium logging for the offline address book syncronization or where to determine what item in the syncronizations is causing this event. I have just turned on Address List Syncroninzation logging to medium under diagnostic logging on the particular server but Im not sure if this is the correct one.Event 9320OALGen could not generate full details for some entries in the offline address list for address list '\Global Address List'. To see which entries are affected, event logging for the offline address list generator must be set to at least medium. - Default Offline Address List Any pointers in the right direction would be appreciated.

Dear customer: Thanks for Jacks reply. He is right. To proper assist you to troubleshoot the issue, please help collect the following information. 1. Refer to the following KB to set OAL Generator logging level to Maximum, and rebuild of the offline address list. Event ID 9320 is logged when you generate an offline address book on a server that is running Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2 http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;908496 2. Save the application log as .evt file and send it to v-rocwan@microsoft.com for analyzes. 3. Which version and SP information is your Exchange server? When sending e-mail to me, please add the subject of the post that you have posted in the forum. Thanks for your time and cooperation. If anything is unclear, dont hesitate to ask me. Hey guys,Thanks so far. After enabling the logging for the oab it rebuilt last night and i had a couple 9323's this morning. Each one refers to an existing active user and claims they have an expired certificate. I then went into aduc and removed the certificate for each of the listed users. Im not sure if its that simple. I will let it go for another day or two to collect more logging and then in an email for review if the problem persists.
